Find Supplier
Inform them export in China will be handled by MFA
The supplier is responsible for delivering the cargo to the MFA warehouse in either Guangzhou or Yiwu. The customer must pay the transport cost from the supplier to the MFA warehouse.

Placing Order & Payment
Create a unique Shipping Mark for your cargo
Inform the supplier to label each package or carton with your shipping mark so your goods can be identified easily. For supplier payments, contact MFA Sri Lanka for assistance.

Delivery to MFA China
Contact MFA China before delivery
Provide the supplier with MFA China contact details. The supplier must contact the MFA China office before delivery so the cargo can be properly received. Cargo will not be accepted without prior approval from MFA.

China Export
MFA China will export cargo to Sri Lanka
The cargo will be loaded into the next available container and shipped to Sri Lanka. Loading will happen within 10 to 14 days after the goods are received at the MFA warehouse.

Delivery in Sri Lanka
Collect or get it delivered
Once the cargo has cleared Customs and is unloaded at the Colombo warehouse, you will receive an Arrival Notice via WhatsApp. Complete the payment, then either collect the cargo or arrange delivery. Delivery charges must be paid separately.
